Chicken with stuffing
This recipe for roast chicken with stuffing has been a favorite for generations in our grandmother's kitchen and we still love to prepare it for family gatherings or reunions. Both the stuffing and the chicken are tender, juicy and full of flavor.
Ingredients
Chicken:
- 1 chicken meat
- Salt, pepper
- 1 Spoon peppers
- 2 Cloves garlic
Stuffing:
- 1 baguette
- 2 Cloves garlic
- A handful of parsley sprigs
- 100 g butter
- 50 ml Smetana
- Salt, pepper

Directions
Wash and dry the chicken and season it with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
Cut the baguette into small cubes and mix with grated garlic, parsley, butter and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the chicken with this mixture.
Place the chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with water and bake at 180 degrees for about 2 hours. Sprinkle the chicken several times with the fat during baking.
Serve with your favourite side dish - such as roasted vegetables or roasted potatoes.
