Chocolate Cake in a Tort Cake Form

- 125 g brown sugar
- 100 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 100 g self-rising flour

- 200 ml whipped cream
- white chocolate

1. Step
Prepare and grease a cake tin with butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Step
Melt the butter and sugar in a small pan, add the chocolate and let it cool down.
3. Step
Add eggs and flour to the chocolate mixture, mix and pour into the mold.
4. Step
Put the cake into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Step
While the pie is baking, prepare the icing. Melt the dark chocolate, add cream and stir until smooth.
6. Step
Pour the icing over the warm cake and let it set. Then melt the white chocolate and pour it over the cake.
