- 230 g s r Flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 egg egg
- to taste Salt Pepper
- Cup I frozen mixed veg
- 1 Cup chopped shredded corn meat
- oil

1. Step
Mix flour milk egg together till no lumps,
2. Step
Add veg and meat to mix and combine well
3. Step
To a hot pan add enough oil for a shallow fry,
4. Step
Add enough batter mix to make a disc the size of a an egg ring,
5. Step
Cook till bubbles appear round edges and is golden brown underneath,
6. Step
Flip with tongs or egg flip till bottom side is a golden brown,
7. Step
Have with Worcestershire sauce ar Tommy great cold next day
