Directions
Cook the linguine according to the package directions in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Once hot, add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for a minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Add in the prawns and cook until they turn pink on both sides, which will take about 2 minutes per side. Remove the prawns and set them aside.
In the same skillet, add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes to let the flavors combine.
Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Add the cooked linguine and prawns back into the skillet and gently toss to combine all the ingredients. Let it cook for a couple more minutes for the pasta to soak up the sauce.
Sprinkle over the fresh parsley and give it a final stir.
Serve the prawn linguine hot and garnished with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
Enjoy your flavorful and luxurious Prawn Linguine!
