Creamy sour potato soup
Recipe for a delicious creamy sour potato soup that will warm you up on cold days.

Ingredients

 - 1 kg potato
 - 75 g butter
 - 2 pcs carrots
 - 3 cloves garlic
 - 1 onion
 - 1 spoon Ground sweet paprika
 - Lemon zest
 - 200 ml sour cream
 - salt and black pepper to taste

1. Step 
  Peel, clean and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces. Finely chop the onion and carrot. Press the garlic cloves.
2. Step 
  Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped vegetables and fry until golden.
3. Step 
  Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add the ground paprika, salt, pepper and lemon zest and stir everything together.
4. Step 
  Cover with water so that the vegetables and potatoes are completely covered and cook for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
5. Step 
  When the potatoes are cooked, blend them with a blender until smooth. Let the soup simmer for a while.
6. Step 
  Finally, add the sour cream, mix thoroughly and season if necessary.
