Cup Pancake Recipe
The cup pancake is denser than the traditional pancake batter, but it is even more delicious! The trick is to measure out all the ingredients by "one cup". The finished pancake is a real classic, which always comes in handy when we crave for something sweet, or we just want a quick and filling dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 mug flour
- 1 mug milk
- 1 mug club soda
- 2 pc egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 mug olive oil

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, milk, soda water, eggs, salt, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
Heat up the cooking oil in a frying pan. Once it's hot, ladle some batter into it. Spread the batter in the frying pan to make the pancake as thin as possible.
Fry the pancake on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. When done, place the pancake on a dish and set aside.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Fill the pancakes with your favorite filling, and you're done!
