Delicious garlic chicken with mushrooms
Garlic chicken with mushrooms is one of my favorite dishes to prepare when I want something tasty but don't have much time. Its intense and aromatic flavor will surprise your guests, and it is very easy to make. It is a delicious option for a family dinner or a special weekend meal.
Ingredients
- 4 breasts Chicken
- 200 grams mushroom
- Fresh parsley to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup of white wine
- chicken broth or water

Directions
Start by cleaning and slicing the mushrooms. I do it this way so that they have a nice texture and mix well with the other ingredients.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. From personal experience, it is always best to do this before cooking so that the meat absorbs the salt and pepper well.
In a large frying pan, add a little olive oil and brown the previously chopped garlic. This is the secret to give that special and aromatic flavor to the dish.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown. Remember that the chicken must be well cooked to avoid illnesses.
Add the mushrooms, white wine and chicken broth or water. Cook over medium heat until the chicken is tender and the mushrooms have absorbed the flavor of the garlic and wine. This step is key for the flavors to integrate.
At the end, garnish with fresh parsley to taste.
