- 1 premade pie crust
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 Cup chopped green onions
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pie crust in a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Use a fork to prick it several times.
