Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry base
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 100 g icing sugar
- 150 g butter
- salt
- 1 egg
Custard cream
- 500 ml milk
- 2 yolk
- 15 g corn flour
- 100 g sugar
- 30 ml whipped cream
- 7 g vanilla sugar
- 15 g butter

Directions
Combine the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry base and knead. Leave in the freezer for 2 hours.
Divide the shortcrust pastry into 20 balls, and place them in the muffin tin moulds. Press the shortcrust pastry well into the moulds, prick with a fork and bake at 170° C for 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the custard. Pour the mixture into the saucepan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Transfer the cream into a bowl and mix in the vanilla sugar, butter and whipping cream.
Fill the small pastry bowls with the custard and place the strawberries cut in half. Enjoy!
