Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1⁄2 Cup of soy sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup of honey
- 2 tbls of Dijon Mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

In a bowl, blend together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add red pepper flakes for a kick, if desired.
Put the pork chops in a dish or large ziplock bag.
Pour prepared marinade over the pork chops, ensuring each chop is thoroughly coated.
