- 50 g Grated eydam
- pinch of salt

- rapeseed oil

1. Step
Separate one egg white from the yolk and crack the other egg into the yolk.
2. Step
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
3. Step
Mix the egg yolks and one egg white well and fold them into the snow.
4. Step
Heat a frying pan, pour in the rapeseed oil and add the egg mixture.
5. Step
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese, pepper and fry over medium heat.
6. Step
Then fold the omelette in the pan twice with a ladle so that it curls up, transfer it to a plate and cut it through.
