Flourless Pizza
This healthy and tasty alternative to traditional pizza features dough made from cauliflower. It's a great way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet, and it tastes amazing too!

- 1 pcs cauliflower
- 100 g mozzarella
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 ts dried basil
- 1 ts dried oregano
- 1⁄2 ts salt

- 200 g ketchup
- 100 g mozzarella
- 1 pcs tomato
- 1 pcs paprika

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Divide the cauliflower into florets and put it into the blender.
Put the mashed cauliflower into a bowl, add grated cheese, eggs, basil, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and shape into a pizza.
Put the pizza in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Then select it, spread it with ketchup, and sprinkle it with toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
