Directions
Start by slicing each melon in half. Scoop out the seeds from the inside. Once you've cleared the seeds, take a melon baller and begin making balls. If you haven't used a melon baller before, don't worry - just press the tool into the melon flesh and turn it. It may take a few tries to get the perfect size, but therein lies the fun of cooking.
Combine the melon balls in a large bowl and refrigerate until you're ready to serve. Chilling the melon enriches the flavour and makes the dessert even more refreshing.
If you choose to use skewers, it will make the serving and eating process smoother. However, remember to convey to your guests to take care as the skewers can be sharp.
To serve, divide the melon balls among four bowls - or dishes of your choice. A clear bowl can showcase the vibrancy of the melon balls. Garnish each with a few mint leaves.
