  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with two tablespoons water Added to
  • salt and black pepper to taste Added to

1. Step

Preheat your grill on medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.

In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and the reserved pineapple juice. Stir these together and bring the mixture to a boil.

Lower the heat and add the cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Stir it continuously until it becomes syrupy.
