- 4 boiled eggs
- 4 milk bread

- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 100 g baby spinach

Microwave the peeled pumpkin until soft and squash it into a thick puree when cooled.
