Hearty Cheesy Salsa Bean Nachos
These easy and delicious Bean Nachos are great for a snack or meal, loaded with the flavors of crispy corn chips, hearty beans and melting cheese, topped with salsa, sour cream, and avocado. They are perfect for parties, game day, or a comforting dinner.
Ingredients
- 200 gms corn nacho chips
- 1 can Refried Beans or black beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup salsa
- 1⁄2 Cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 Cup chopped fresh avocado
- 1⁄4 Cup Sliced black olives
- 1⁄4 Cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄4 Cup chopped green onions

Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (395°F).
Layer your corn nacho chips evenly over a large oven-safe baking dish or tray.
Spread refried beans or black beans evenly over the chips.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beans, ensuring to cover evenly for perfect melting.
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
While the nachos are in the oven, prepare your toppings by chopping the avocado and green onions and setting aside.
Carefully remove the nachos from the oven. The cheese should be bubbling and slightly golden.
Spoon salsa over the nachos, dollops of sour cream, sprinkle with sliced black olives, chopped avocado and green onions. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately with optional extra salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on the side. Enjoy your homemade Bean Nachos!
