Homemade bread pancakes, the way I make them
I am happy to share my own recipe for bread flame with you. Once you try this method of preparation, you'll never go back to store-bought scones. The result of high quality ingredients and techniques I have tried and tested myself is an incredibly delicious, crumbly, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, a flame that everyone in the family will love.
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 11⁄2 dl milk
- 21⁄2 dl water

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put flour and salt in a large ovenproof dish and make a small well in the middle.
Whisk the yeast in the lukewarm, sugary milk. Use fresh yeast because the end result will be much better.
Pour the yeast milk into the well in the middle of the flour. Add the water and start mixing. Stir until the dough is homogeneous.
Let the dough rise for an hour. Remember that the dough will double in size, so choose a large enough bowl.
After the dough has risen, knead it again. Then shape the pancakes. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, but don't forget to keep an eye on them, as they bake differently in each oven.
When you take them out of the oven, brush them with oil and eat them with fresh topping, cheese, sour cream or even ham.
