- 220 g self-rising flour
- 4 egg
- 210 g crystal sugar
- 250 g fresh cream
- 20 drops pandoro flavouring
- 80 g dark chocolate drops
- 90 g seed oil sunflower
- 1 sachet yeast
Ingredients for the glaze
- 200 g bittersweet chocolate
- 120 g apricot jam
- 60 g milk
Ingredients to decorate
- Candied cherries
- various coloured sprinkles

Directions
In a bowl, put the sugar and eggs. Mix. Then add the flour, starch, cream, oil, pandoro flavouring and yeast. Mix again. Add the chocolate drops and mix.
Pour the mixture into a well-buttered Christmas tree-shaped mould. Bake in an oven at 160°C for about 50 minutes. Check the cooking by testing with a toothpick.
After cooking, leave it to cool completely before removing it from the mould. Transfer to a serving dish and spread the apricot jam over the entire surface of the cake.
Meanwhile, chop the chocolate, melt it and mix it with the milk.
Pour over the cake. Then, decorate it with candied cherries, sprinkles and serve. Enjoy!
