- 1 egg
- 2 tbls lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 3⁄4 Cup of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 0.3 Cup parmesan

In a blender, combine garlic, egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, and anchovies. Blend until smooth.
