Homemade Gnocchi with Garlic and Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 1 Package of ready-made gnocchi
- 4 tbls unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh basil, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Start by cooking the gnocchi as per the instructions given on the package. Once cooked, drain and set them aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it starts to become golden.
Add the finely chopped herbs (thyme and basil) to the skillet and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, until the herbs become fragrant.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Stir well to ensure each gnocchi is coated with the herb butter. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the gnocchi starts to turn slightly crispy on the edges.
Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates.
Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
