- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1⁄2 Cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Step
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage slices until cooked through.

Add the onion, pepper, and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato soup, chicken stock, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
