- 1 lb snow peas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbls oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1. Step
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the snow peas and blanch for 1 minute, until they turn bright green. Drain the snow peas and immediately transfer them to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute until fragrant. Add snow peas and saute until tender and crispy.
