How to Make a Perfect Hard Boiled Egg
Prepare a simple and easy dish of hard-boiled eggs! You can use them in a variety of dishes, including salads, or even just as a nutritious snack. It's easy to prepare hard-boiled eggs, even in large quantities, and store them in the refrigerator for a quick bite.

Place your eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a medium saucepan or pot.
Add enough water to the pot to cover the eggs by about 1-2 inches.
Heat the pot on high and bring the water to a boiling point.
Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for about 9-12 minutes.
After boiling, carefully drain the hot water from the saucepan.
Immediately cool the eggs by placing them in a bowl of ice water until they are completely cooled. This should take about 10 minutes.
Once the eggs have cooled, peel them under running water.
Store the peeled eggs in the refrigerator in a covered container.
