How to make Perfect Japanese Ramen Noodles
Ramen noodles are a popular Japanese dish. This recipe guides you through making a hot and comforting bowl of ramen noodles that is perfect for any day.
Ingredients
- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbls of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups of chopped vegetables

In a large pot, bring broth to a boil. Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Let simmer.
While broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a separate bowl, heat oil, add chopped vegetables, and sauté until tender.
Pour into the broth. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Simmer for additional 3 minutes.
Divide the cooked ramen into bowls. Ladle hot broth over the noodles, ensuring it has equal parts of vegetables and broth.
