How to make Savoury Vegetable Impossible Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup of biscuit baking mix
- 1⁄4 Cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup of finely chopped onion
- 1 Cup of any diced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots peas etc.)
- salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch of paprika

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, biscuit baking mix, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix these until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and diced vegetables into the batter.
Pour the mixture into your greased pie plate.
Sprinkle the top of the mixture lightly with paprika for added colour and heat.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the pie clean and the top is golden brown.
