A simple recipe to make the best authentic dhal curry!
Ingredients
- 4 boiled eggs
- 150 g dhal
- 1 large onion
- 5 cloves garlic

- 2 green chilies
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 dried red chilies
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fenugreek
- cinnamon
- water

Directions
Add dhal, sliced onions & garlic, curry leaves, and chopped green chilies to a pot, along with chili, turmeric, curry powder, salt, and fenugreek. Add enough water to cover everything, mix, and bring to a boil. Once the dhal curry is cooked, move it to a bowl.

Sprinkle the boiled eggs with a little turmeric, then fry them in heated oil for a few minutes. Once they're done, remove them from the pan and add mustard seeds to the oil instead. When they start popping, add cinnamon, curry leaves, garlic, onion, and dried chilies. Fry for a bit, then add the dhal curry.
