How to make Yummy Grilled Lemon Asparagus
This simple grilled asparagus recipe is a quick, delicious, and healthy side dish for summer dinners. The asparagus is lightly seasoned with oil, salt, and pepper before grilled to perfection, delivering a satisfyingly crisp exterior and tender interior.

- 1 volume of asparagus
- 11⁄2 tbls of olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Preheat the grill on high for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the asparagus and trim off the hard, woody ends.
Pat the asparagus dry and then put it in a bowl or a baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and toss until the spears are well coated.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the asparagus and toss again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
