- 250 g Semi-skimmed cottage cheese
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 4 spoons Wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 spoons Frying oil

1. Step
In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
2. Step
Add eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mashed cottage cheese. Mix everything well with a mixer or fork.

In a frying pan, heat the oil.
4. Step
From the prepared batter, spoon the pancakes onto the heated pan. Turn to medium heat and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Step
Serve the pancakes in small portions, sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
