Mashed potatoes
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- salt
Pork meat
- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 1 piece Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
- 1 pcs Frying oil
- 1 pcs carrot
- self-rising flour

1. Step
Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces and boil them in salted water.
2. Step
When the potatoes are cooked until soft, we drain them and add milk and butter.

We will mash the potatoes into a fine puree.

Cut the pork meat, season it, sprinkle with garlic and sear on a pan from both sides.
