Mexican soup with meat and tacos
Delicious, filling and full of flavor, Mexican soup with meat and tacos is a dish that I have prepared many times for my family and friends. It has definitely become one of our favorite dishes for colder days.
Ingredients
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 pcs large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 paprika
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 can red beans
- 2 spoons Condiments for tacos
- 1 teaspoon hot peppers
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 glasses vegetable stock cube
- 1 can Sliced tomatoes
- 1 Package Tacos
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
We start by chopping the onion and garlic finely, and the peppers into cubes. Finely chopped vegetables give off more aroma, which adds flavor to the soup.
In a frying pan fry the minced meat with onions and garlic. It is worth seasoning the meat well with salt and pepper already at this stage, this will enhance the flavor of the dish.
After about 5 minutes, add the chopped peppers, stir carefully.
Then add corn and drained beans. At this stage we pour in the broth and add the can of tomatoes. This is the perfect time to add the spices - taco seasoning, paprika and cumin.
Cook the whole thing over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes. After this time the soup should thicken.
In the meantime, break up the tacos. They can be either small or larger pieces, as desired.
When the soup is ready, add the tacos and cook for about 5 more minutes.
