Mini Oreo Cheesecake

- 2 packaging Oreo cookies
- 50 g Butter for cookies on the bottom
- 250 g Spreadable curd cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 ml 40 percent whipped cream
- 30 g Optional powdered sugar or other sweetener
- pinch real vanilla
- Chocolate on top
- Strawberries

Mix curd cheese, mascarpone and crumbled biscuits (10 pieces), add whipped cream, sweeten to taste.
1 package of biscuits (about 150 g) is blended with melted butter until smooth, then poured and pressed at the bottom of the form.
Divide the cream into molds (silicone or paper cups), you can help yourself with an ice cream scoop 😊
