1. Step

First, clean the mushrooms, slice and chop the onion finely.

2. Step

Heat the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.

3. Step

Add the sliced mushrooms to the butter and sauté until golden brown.

4. Step

Add the flour to the mushrooms and onion, stir and let it briefly become transparent.

5. Step

Pour in the cream and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

6. Step

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

7. Step

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
