Onion cream soup
A classic onion cream soup that is guaranteed to warm you up on cold days.

- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 l broth
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Salt, ground black pepper for seasoning

Peel the onion and garlic and cut into thin slices. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Caramelizing the onions is an essential step for preparing this soup.

Once caramelized, pour in the broth and let it cook slowly over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Then blend the soup to a smooth consistency (if you like chunks of onion in your soup, you can skip this step).
