- pinch of salt
- 200 grams Plain flour
- 200 grams Semi-coarse flour
- 2 tablespoon Oils
- 3 tablespoon sour cream

1. Step
Heat the milk to a temperature that is not completely hot.
2. Step
Mix half of the milk with the icing sugar, cream, flour, yeast, eggs and a pinch of salt.
3. Step
Stir everything together and let stand for about 20 minutes.

Then pour in the other half of the milk and stir.
5. Step
Fry the dolky in a frying pan.
