Pasta with Cheese and Corn
This simple and tasty dish is great for a quick lunch or dinner. The combination of hard cheese and sweet corn makes this meal a real gourmet experience.

- 200 g pasta
- 150 g hard cheese
- 200 g canned corn
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 l cooking cream
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pcs Salt, black pepper

1. Step
Cook the pasta in salty water according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step
Heat up olive oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, fry it until golden brown.
3. Step
Add the corn to the pan and roast it with garlic for 2 minutes.
4. Step
Add the cooking cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Step
Remove from heat and add the cooked and drained pasta. Stir thoroughly so that all the pasta is covered with the sauce.

We serve it immediately, sprinkled with grated cheese.
