- 1 kg pork chops
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 2 Carnations garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Rinse and dry pork meat. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, crushed garlic, ground red pepper, ground black pepper, and sea salt into a homogeneous marinade.

Rub the meat thoroughly with the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

Before grilling, let the meat warm up to room temperature. Preheat the grill to medium temperature.

Grill the meat directly on the grill rack for about 7-10 minutes on each side.

Then take the meat off the grill and let it rest a few minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite side dishes and salad.
