- 500 g Pork (neck or tenderloin)
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms (hazelnuts or mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 Spoons Smooth flour
- oil
- salt and pepper

1. Step
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
2. Step
Chop the onion and garlic finely and add to the meat. Sauté until the onion starts to turn golden.

Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for another 10 minutes until the mushrooms start to release their juices.

Add the flour, stir and fry for a while.

Add the cream and mix. Cook for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
