Sauce

  • 200 Gram mushrooms Added to
  • 1 Onion Diced Added to
  • 200 Milliliter white wine Added to
  • 200 Milliliter cream Added to

Step 1: Season and sear the pork tenderloin

2. Step

Step 2: Lay out the puff pastry on a baking paper and wrap the pork fillet

3. Step

Step 3: Whisk the egg and brush it onto the puff pastry

4. Step

Step 4: Bake the wrapped pork tenderloin in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes

Step 5: While the pork tenderloin is in the oven, prepare the sauce.

Step 6: Saute the mushrooms and onions in a pan, deglaze with white wine and pour in cream
