- 800 g Pork tenderloin
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 3 a piece The Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 ml dry white wine
- Oil for roasting

1. Step
First clean and slice the pork tenderloin. Then salt and pepper them and fry them in a pan in oil on each side. Then remove the meat and set aside.
2. Step
In the same pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry them until golden brown. After a few minutes, add the white wine and let it evaporate. Then add the sour cream and stir thoroughly.

Now comes the most important part - add the browned meat back into the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
