Quick & Easy Homemade Garlic Aioli Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt to taste

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and the fresh lemon juice. Let this mixture sit for about 5-10 minutes. It will mellow the raw flavor of the garlic.
Next, add the garlic and lemon mixture to the mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Stir until well combined.
Add the Dijon mustard, along with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir again to combine everything.
