Quick Prawn Egg Noodle Stir Fry
The prawn noodle stir fry is a hearty and flavorful dish, filled with the goodness of succulent prawns, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles tossed together. Ingredients
- 200 g of raw prawns, shelled and deveined
- 200 g of egg noodles
- 2 tbls of soy sauce
- 2 tbls of oyster sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced thinly
- 1⁄2 Cup of Bean Sprouts
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbls of vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Spring onions, chopped for garnishing

Directions
Start by boiling the egg noodles according to the package's instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onions, sauté until they start to soften.
Add the prawns to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
Now add the sliced bell pepper and carrot to the wok. Continue to stir-fry for a couple more minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
Next, add the boiled noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the wok. Toss well to combine all the ingredients evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
Finally, add the bean sprouts and give the noodles one last stir to mix everything together. Cook for another minute.
Dish out the prawn noodle stir fry onto serving plates and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
