- 13 g sugar
- 89 ml hot water

Combine the black sesame powder, sugar, butter, and water, then put the mixture into a bag, spread it into a flat, even rectangle and freeze.

Mix flour, sugar, and water together to make the dough. Make one small circle from the dough, then put it into boiling water. Let it cook until it rises, and then cook for one more minute. Then add this to the dough and mix again.

Portion your dough into 9 equal balls. Put them aside, covered. Take the sesame filling, let it thaw a little and then also cut into 9 parts. Roll them into balls, and place in freezer for a few more minutes.
