Simple breakfast rolls
I have always loved homemade bread. Its smell, taste and texture are completely incomparable to what you buy in the store. I often bake these simple rolls for breakfast. They are soft, fluffy and perfect for spreading with butter or jam. Best of all, they are very simple to prepare.

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Remember not to put the salt directly on the yeast, as it may lose its activity.
Add warm water and oil, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too dry, you can add more water, but remember - it's always better to add less at the beginning, because later you won't be able to reverse the process.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume. Let the dough rise in a warm and quiet place, without drafts.
After this time, scoop out the dough on a floured board and divide it into 8 equal portions. Form them into round rolls.
Place the shaped rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them rise again for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes, until they are golden. Tip - while the rolls are baking, pour some water into the lower part of the oven. The steaming water will create an extra moist atmosphere that will give the rolls a crispy crust and soft interior.
