Simple Grilled Fresh Marinated Tuna Steak

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 1⁄2 Cup of orange juice
- 1⁄2 Cup of soy sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tbls of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of honey

Directions
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and honey in a large ziplock bag or bowl.
Add tuna steaks to the mixture and ensure it's well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat the grill for high heat.
Remove the tuna from the marinade, and shake off excess. Grill the steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
Once cooked, remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
