Ingredients
- 200 gms of tortilla chips
- 1 Cup canned black beans, drained
- 1 Cup corn kernels (frozen, canned or fresh)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup Sliced black olives
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1⁄2 Cup salsa
- 1⁄4 Cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread out the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Scatter the black beans, corn, diced bell pepper, and chopped onion evenly over the chips.
Sprinkle the cheese on top, followed by the olives.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped tomatoes, salsa, and fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
