- 4 chicken legs
- 1⁄4 Cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1⁄4 Cup apricot preserves
- 1⁄4 Cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon maize starch
- 2 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Place the thighs in a slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped apricots, apricot preserves, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes.
