Spinach pie from puff pastry
Recipe for a tasty savoury spinach puff pastry pie with cheese.

- 500 g frozen spinach
- 500 g puff pastry
- 200 g grated cheese
- 5 pcs Eggs
- salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 100 g chopped bacon

Let the spinach thaw.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Fry the chopped bacon in a frying pan. When the bacon is slightly browned, add the spinach and stir over medium heat.
4. Step
Add the grated cheese to the mixture and stir in the eggs. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the prepared mixture onto the puff pastry and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool a little and it is ready to serve.
