Sponge Cake
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 180 g special fine flour
Chocolate pudding
- 500 ml milk
- 1 packing chocolate pudding
- 2 tablespoon sugar

Whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy.
2. Step
Gradually add flour and stir.
3. Step
Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Immediately wrap the finished sponge cake in a damp towel after removing it from the oven and let it cool.
5. Step
Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the instructions on the package and let it cool down.
6. Step
Unroll the sponge cake, spread it with pudding, and roll it up again.
7. Step
Let the biscuit roll with chocolate pudding chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

You can garnish the top of the roulade according to your own imagination.
