Directions
We start by washing the strawberries carefully to remove any remaining soil. It is important to keep the green stems of the strawberries, as this will make it easier to handle them later.
Dry the strawberries with kitchen paper. This part is crucial for the chocolate to adhere well to the strawberries.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. To do this, put the chocolate in a heat-resistant container and place it over a saucepan of boiling water.
Once the chocolate is melted, we introduce the strawberries into it with the help of a toothpick. It is important to cover only up to 80% of the strawberries, this will give our strawberries a more natural look. Then let them cool on a tray with kitchen paper.
Once the chocolate has cooled and hardened, melt the white chocolate and use it to make diagonal lines on the previously coated strawberries. This will give an extra touch of flavor and make them look special for Christmas.
Let everything cool and solidify completely. We can speed up this process by putting the strawberries in the refrigerator.
