Tasty Cream Carrot Cream Thermomix
This recipe for Thermomix Carrot Cream is one of my favorites to prepare at home, especially during the colder months. The carrot offers a smooth texture and a sweet flavor that contrasts perfectly with the spices. It is a practical and quick recipe to prepare thanks to the versatility of the Thermomix. In addition, it is a healthy option for those looking to maintain a balanced diet.
Ingredients
- 500 grams Of carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- 1 liter Of water or vegetable broth
- 1 cdta Of salt
- 1 cdta pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese to taste (optional)

We start by peeling and chopping the carrots and potatoes. The Thermomix is powerful, so it is not necessary that they are very small. On the contrary, the larger the piece, the less likely they are to be over processed.
Then, peel and cut the onion into quarters. The size is not critical since the Thermomix will take care of chopping it well.
Put the chopped vegetables in the Thermomix mixing bowl. Add the oil and program 8 minutes at temperature 100°C on speed 1.
After 8 minutes, add the water or vegetable stock. Here is a recommendation: if you are looking for a deeper and more intense flavor, vegetable broth is your best option.
Program the Thermomix for 20 minutes at 100°C at speed 1.
Once the vegetables are well cooked, we will put our Thermomix at progressive speed 5-10 for 1 minute. This step guarantees a super smooth texture for our cream.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper, if necessary. In this part, it is useful to remember that we can play with spices to give more life to our cream.
Finally, serve hot and, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
